GreenArc is pursuing a two-pronged strategy:

a. To create an enhanced multi-functional, landscape-scale environment

b. To enable the public to be comfortable with the countryside and readily enjoy it

To ensure momentum is maintained both initiatives are underway with two sub-groups, namely Implementation (responsible for a.) and Communities and Communication (responsible for b.), with a third providing the vital funding stream for their activities by tapping into local, regional, national and European sources.
